This Saturday sees the start of the 72nd Le Mans 24hr race.

The Audi R8s of Audi Sport UK Team Veloqx topped the times in the opening four-hour qualifying session for this weekends 72nd running of the 24-hour endurance race. Fastest was Allan McNish  in the #8 car set a time of 3min 34.683secs with Johnny Herbert (my wife loves Johnny) posting a best of 3:34.907secs. In very hot and sulty conditions, All six drivers ( Frank Biela, Pierre Kaffer and Allan McNish in the #8 car and Jamie Davies, Johnny Herbert and Guy Smith in the #88 car) were seen out on the curcuit during the session.

Look to one of these 2 cars to come out on top come Sunday afternoon!
